Dunnage airbags

Dunnage airbags are used to secure cargo transported by container, truck or rail car, especially where the load may be exposed to forces up to 10 tons. By inflating with compressed air, they completely fill the voids between loads and provide safety during transportation.

Ozdal Group manufactures dunnage airbags using 100% virgin raw materials. Every step of the production process is strictly controlled in-house – from yarn extrusion and fabric weaving to fabric lamination, welding and stitching.

High-quality laminated polypropylene fabrics and premium polyethylene liners offer a reliable solution to keep the bags inflated and ensure maximum safety. Our specially designed valve enables very fast inflation and user-friendly operation.
