When the purpose of processing no longer exists and the statutory retention periods expire, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with our Company’s data retention and destruction policies.

Your Rights Under KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, by applying to the Company, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,

  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with such purpose,

  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether at home or abroad,

  • Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,

  • Request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even though it has been processed in compliance with KVKK and other relevant laws,

  • Request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • Object to a result against you that arises from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,

  • Request compensation for the damages you suffer due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Method of Application

You may submit your requests regarding your rights in accordance with KVKK and the relevant legislation to the Company via:

  • written application,

  • registered electronic mail (KEP),

  • secure electronic signature or mobile signature,

  • or other methods to be announced by our Company in the future.

Your applications will be evaluated and concluded within 30 days at the latest.

Security Measures

As Özdal Group, we:

  • take the necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse of personal data,

  • regularly inform and train our employees on data security,

  • make use of practices such as encryption, access authorisation, logging and backup where necessary.
